Nice shots by Abbey. Look at the beautifully arranged tomatos and lemons; look at all the shiny surfaces. Is that parmasan and a lovely can of stout?
Abbey really has a thing for color and I can’t for the life of me figure out how our surfaces got so shiny because the slow combustion fire seems to send a layer of fine dust over everything. Livingisdetail, or should I call you Sherlock
you are spot on: parmesan, good ham, a lovely can of stout…must be pizza night!
I like how Abbey has caught the ritualistic dark liquids of both ends of the day. And I’m envious of the fresh-picked lemons!
E.g. got me a fridge magnet for Christmas, obviously by the same company that made your chalkboard. Mine says, “Drink coffee! Do stupid things faster with more energy.”
In the second picture, is that an organic wrist rest to keep you from getting carpal tunnel when you use your computer mouse? Looks comfortable and tasty all at once!
She’s an artist, our Abbey! The fresh picked lemons are courtesy of neighbours who have overabundance while my poor lemon tree limps through its first winter. I’m planning to make Lemon Butter with them but life keeps getting in the way! I love your “Drink coffee..”saying – it’s funny ‘cos it’s true.
Checkers, it WOULD make a good wrist rest if it wasn’t so yummy. It seems the eating thing takes a far greater priority in this house than my poor poor carpal tunnelled wrists!
